Entez acquires sports affiliate Superpont

Entez has acquired Romanian sports and casino affiliate SUPERPONT CT S.R.L. This transaction adds a company with high-performing set of media assets to the Entez portfolio, including Superpont.com, Pontul-zilei.com, and Cazinoz.ro.Superpont assets delivered over 21 000 FTDs in 2025, demonstrating strong resonance with consumers in the highly competitive Romanian market.The original founders will remain as managers, while Entez will support the business with technology, commercial, and operational capabilities to further scale it.“We started as a small sports betting community in 2013, and over the years became a leading iGaming affiliate in the country,” says Tudor Popa, co-founder of Superpont.“We have our sleeves rolled up for the next growth phase,” adds Cristian Militaru, another co-founder of Superpont.
